It was started on a BBC computer with 36K memory! It then moved on, in 1992, to an Apple computer with an appleworks programme, and most recently, the 173rd edition was produced on word using both applemac and pc computers to allow web access. All children contribute to the paper from P1 to P7 and it allows them to achieve their potential and see value in the end product and contribute to their community.

eco schools
We are very proud to have received our 2nd Eco Flag and are currently working toward achieving our 3rd one.
Our first focus is going to be a litter walk/beach clean, which is going to take place in September. We each have our own sustainability project that we are researching and will present to the school towards the end of the term.

pupil voice
The children set the agenda for this and lead the meeting all by themselves. It is an excellent way for the children to understand about meetings and taking turns for talking, as well as respecting other's opinions.
